We started life in 1993 as 'BIC Eryri', the Business Innovation Centre for North West Wales.  Following a management buy-out in 2004, we transformed into a private consultancy company specialising in innovation and growth. We have expanded beyond North Wales, working with clients across Wales, England and internationally.

Our key strengths are in research and development, innovation, manufacturing processes, internationalisation, export, finance and business planning; we use our deep functional expertise and sector knowledge, coupled with our strong relationships with the public sector and industry to grow sustainable businesses.

We work in partnership with public sector agencies, developing and implementing intervention programmes designed to support economic growth.  Our programme portfolio includes Enterprise Europe Network, Innovate 2 Succeed, SMART Innovation, Welsh Government Food Sector Development Framework, Social Business Wales.
