Extra services charged to tenants based on their individual usage per month: telephone landline minutes.

• Break-out spaces to include a shared kitchen area and collaboration spaces
• Car parking space (subject to availability)

• Use of bookable meeting rooms (subject to availability; facilities charged at 50% discount on standard rates - bookable)
